Quick answer
Reliable, complete records are more useful than a large collection of accusations.
Do now
Keep original messages and exports where safely available. Record dates, times, and factual events in a chronology. Preserve context and identify witnesses. Ask the court about exhibit submission, redaction, and remote-hearing requirements.
Watch for
Evidence rules still apply. Do not edit originals, publish a child’s records, illegally record conversations, or assume screenshots automatically prove their contents.
